Payment Methods

On our Website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards as well as e-checks. If you prefer, you may also select to order via Print Order form which can be faxed with your credit card information or mailed with check or money order.  Just follow the checkout procedure and select Print Order Form from the list of available payment methods.  Your order and shipping information will be pre-printed on the order form along with our fax number and mailing address. International orders are not currently accepted.  Please contact us if you are outside of the United States of America and would like to place an order. If you have any questions during the process, you can call toll free (800) 833-1495 and someone will assist you with the order process.

Areas We Ship To

At this time, we only ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and Puerto Rico via UPS Ground shipping.  UPS will not deliver to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Time

Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days* of receiving payment confirmation for your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays.  Ground Shipping can take between 3 and 10 days, depending on what part of the country you are shipping to.  You may use the UPS website to estimate your shipping time (http://www.ups.com/maps?loc=en_US enter Zip Code 63640 and click the radio button next to "Shipped from this ZIP code" then click Submit).  *Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Sales Tax

Perfect Products, Ltd. only collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within the state of Missouri . There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of Missouri.

Return/Exchange Policy

Purr-Fect Pic-Up, the Jumbo Refill Rolls for Purr-Fect Pic-Up, and The Up & Over are warranted only for manufacturing defects that prevent the product from performing as it was intended. Natural Chemistry, Inc. products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. Warranty and/or guarantee information is provided on the package labeling and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer.  For more information, please contact Natural Chemistry, Inc. at 1-800-668-7760.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your own expense for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a Return Authorization from Perfect Products, Ltd. Keep your purchase and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, call Customer Service at (800) 833-1495. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals. Please do not tape or write anything on the item. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. All returns must be packed in such a manner as to reasonably protect the product in transit with valid RA # written on the outside of the shipping carton.  A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package. Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions. Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service “Insured”. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges.  Note: A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The above guidelines apply to all internet and mail/fax order purchases. Shopping Cart Checkout Process

Perfect Products, Ltd. utilizes a secure payment gateway for credit card and e-check order processing. The payment gateway uses 128 bit encryption for your security.  When paying via credit card, your credit card statement will list charges made through Perfect Products Ltd. as paid to our partner company, Plaza Pool and Spa.

Registration

There are many advantages of registering with our site. It makes future purchases easier and faster. You can create a log-in for registration in two different ways. The main way to register is to click on the "Register" link that is at the top of every page. You will then be asked to fill in billing and shipping information, and to create a username and password. Once you have finished this procedure, you will need to click on "Login" each time you visit our site, and put in your user name and password. Once you do this, you will make your ordering experience easier in the following ways:

SHOPPING CART

The items you put in your shopping cart will always be at your disposal. You can add or remove items as you choose, and they will stay in your shopping cart through future sessions, even on different computers (home/office). Unregistered users cannot access the same shopping cart information over different computers.

USER PROFILE

On registering, you store your password, email, and default billing & shipping information. This way at checkout, your information is already filled in! THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.

ORDER TRACKING

Go to the "Login" link at the top of any page and check on the status of your orders and find out when they shipped. You will be able to view all of your orders, without having to remember order numbers.
